Entrepreneur users may upload a completed application form, including information you designate as confidential.
MENA Angel Investor shall have the absolute right to reject any user or to delete any user content.
License of Use
MENA Angel Investor grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our website and application form. All right, title, and interest in and to the website and application form (excluding user content) is and remains the exclusive property of MENA Angel Investor.
Proprietary Rights
The information and materials made available through our website and application form, excluding user content, are owned by MENA Angel Investor. These materials and information are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and/or other proprietary rights and laws. Users shall not modify, reproduce, use, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based any part or content of our website or application form.
Our trade names, trademarks and service marks include MENA Angel Investor and any affiliated or associated logos. Trademarks and service marks on MENA Angel Investor which are not owned by us remain the property of their respective owners. MENA Angel Investor can change or discontinue any part of the website or application form or any or all of its services at any time and without prior notice. MENA Angel Investor nor any of its third party service providers will be liable for any damages, including lost business opportunities, should any such change or discontinuance occur.
Truthful Submission
A submission must be truthful and complete. The user acknowledges and accepts that they will be bound by the data of their submission and the information they represent in their application will form the basis of any contractual relationship in the future.
Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the website or application form for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to act accordance with the law, custom and in good faith.
Application Content
MENA Angel Investor does not claim any ownership over Application Content. User understands that MENA Angel Investor will endeavour to protect the confidentiality of their Application Content but cannot not guarantee absolute confidentiality.
User shall be solely responsible for User’s own Application Content and the consequences of submitting it. In relation to Application Content User confirms that: (i) they own or have authorisation to use and permit MENA Angel Investor to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Application Content and (ii) User has the absolute right to use the Application Content in the manner contemplated by MENA Angel Investor and these Terms of Use.
On submission of the Application Content the User grants MENA Angel Investor permission to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and use the Application Content in connection with MENA Angel Investor’s business. MENA Angel Investor will seek to maintain the confidentiality of Application Content in line with our Privacy Policy.
User will not submit any misrepresentations that could in any way harm MENA Angel Investor or any third party.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
User agrees not to use the MENA Angel Investor website or application form in any way that is in conflict with the law in your jurisdiction.
Privacy
MENA Angel Investor’s Privacy Policy details our practices with regards to handling your data. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
Disclaimers
User acknowledges and accepts that use of the MENA Angel Investor website and application form is solely at their own risk.
MENA Angel Investor only agrees to the obligations of confidentiality explicitly provided for in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy create the whole agreement between User and MENA Angel Investor. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
User acknowledges that it has read and understands this agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms herein.
